Adnan Rahmi Karaçam

Attorney Adnan Rahmi Karaçam completed his undergraduate education in Sivas, and graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Law in 1986. In the same year, he started his internship at the Istanbul Bar Association. After 11 months of internship, he passed the Exam for Judicial Justice and Prosecutor Candidacy for Attorneys. He started to work as a judge trainee in Istanbul Sultanahmet Courthouse in 1987.

In 1990, he was appointed to Diyarbakir/Bismil as a judge. He retired in 2014 after serving as a judge and prosecutor for 28 years at various courts of Diyarbakir- Bismil, Yozgat- Akdagmadeni, Canakkale- Gokceada, Kocaeli- Korfez, Sanlıurfa- Central District, Istanbul- Kartal and Istanbul- Anatolia, respectively. In the same year, he applied to the Istanbul Bar Association, received his license, and started to practice as an attorney at law.

During his duty as a judge, he worked in various courts, gaining knowledge and experience at all fields of law.
